Join us for a series of empowering lunch seminars that will help you balance your hormones, to manage stress, boost energy levels, and improve your overall health and wellness. This seminar series is specifically designed for working women aged 25-60 who want to prioritize their health and wellbeing and get practical tools to take back their health.
Part 1. March 31st–Body wisdom for hormonal health from PMS to menopause
This first workshop takes a holistic approach to hormonal health to facilitate and support our bodies to avoid burnout and exhaustion.
Part 2. Cyclical awareness for women entrepreneurs
This second workshop we discuss how your businesses has an impact on your health and how to take care of your business without losing yourself.
Part 3. April 27th–Stress and Women’s Health: Nourishing your body and restoring your energy
This third workshop is focused on how the stress response impacts all aspects of our body functions and strategies we can use to prevent burnout that we can implement on a daily basis.
